We are looking for an experienced quality manager/head of quality who will implement our quality standards in our own production.

Our focus is on integrating innovative technologies, materials science, architecture, and digital transformation in construction. In the coming months, we plan to set up a pilot production facility in Germany to manufacture our cement-free and CO2-saving masonry system for the German market.

Your contribution

• Proactive quality management: Early risk identification, preventive measures, continuous monitoring, and improvements of products, processes, and suppliers
• Development of a quality management system based on DIN 9001 for our future production site
• Management of in-house production control
• Creation and maintenance of test plans and test instructions
• Moderation of regular quality meetings and coordination of measures
• Preparation of external monitoring

Your Profile

• Completed technical training or technical degree
• Several years of experience in quality assurance at a manufacturing company
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, and flexibility
• Very good written and spoken English skills

Desirable

• Additional language skills
• Further education/training as a quality management representative
